At RNJ Performance, prioritizing customer care and support is our utmost concern. We strive to simplify the return process for our valued customers. While we welcome returns within 60 days of the product purchase, it's important to note that all returned items, particularly undamaged products, will incur a minimum 25% restocking fee.

If your product necessitates a vehicle compliance waiver, it must be signed within three business days. The products available at RNJ Performance are intended solely for competition or track use only, and as such, are not street legal. It is essential to understand that by purchasing and installing these parts on your vehicle, you are solely responsible for any consequences that may arise from installing these parts on your vehicle. Failure to do so will result in the product being sent, but you will forfeit your entitlement to a refund specifically for that item.

FAQ Return Questions

Damaged or Defective Product Return Information

If feel that your product is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. The products needs to be returned in the original packaging with all gaskets, bolts and other hardware included.

Defective Items:

  • If you receive damaged or defective items, we will first try to send you a replacement for the damaged product. If we do not have the product in stock, we will issue a full refund but If you'd rather get a refund and the option to have your product replaced is available, please know that we'll subtract the return shipping cost and a 5% fee from the total order amount.
  • If you return the product in its original packaging, including the box, gaskets, hardware, bolts, and all accessories, these two options will be presented. We'll either send you a replacement for the ordered product or provide a full refund. However, if any gaskets, hardware, bolts, or accessories are missing from the return, we'll deduct the equivalent parts from the replacement product we send you. This policy ensures a fair and consistent process for returns.

If you have received a damaged/defective product, RNJ Performance still holds the right to imply addition restocking fees to your order if the product does not come back in the original packaging, box or if any gaskets, hardware, bolts, gaskets or any other accessories are missing.

Standard Product Return Information

For all returned products, regardless of the reason, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Please refer to the details below for information on returning products.

Purchased Wrong Product:

  • If a purchased part doesn't fit your vehicle, you're responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee may apply if products are dented or have missing parts.

Order Mistakes:

  • If you ordered the wrong part, you have 60 days to return it. You cover return shipping, and we can exchange your order or issue a full refund. For exchanges, you may need to cover any price difference.

Change of Mind:

  • If you change your mind before opening the package, contact us while the package is in transit. You're responsible for the return shipping cost.

Order Cancellation:

  • In the event of a change of mind during the purchase process, a 5% restocking fee will be applied.

Order Return:

  • You are required to return the products within 14 days from the issuance of the return label. Failure to send the package within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of a refund, and the package will not be returned to you. Please ensure timely return to facilitate a smooth refund process.

Refund Amount and Restocking Fee Information

Below is a detailed breakdown of our return restocking fees and potential additional charges in the event that a product is not returned in accordance with our guidelines. Understanding these fees will help ensure a smooth and transparent return process for our customers.

For all returns, it is imperative to include all gaskets, hardware, bolts, and other accessories. Failure to do so will result in the following fees:

  • O2 Sensor Plugs: $5 Each
  • Gaskets: $15 Each
  • Hardware/Bolts: $0.50 Each
  • Other Accessories: $5 Each

In the event that the returned product is damaged or not in its original condition, additional restocking fees may apply. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Damaged/Warped/Bent Piping
  • Damaged/Warped/Bent Flanges
  • Scratches on the product
  • Evidence of product installation on the vehicle
  • Foreign residue anywhere found on the product

All returned products will be processed on the same day of receipt. Please note that processing may extend until later in the day due to our local shipping services' late delivery to our location. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these return guidelines.

More Return/Refund Information

Refusal of Returns:

  • RNJ Performance reserves the right to refuse returns, even for orders placed within the 60-day return period.

Return Window:

  • Once a return is approved, there is a strict 14-day window to mail the product back to us. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the closure of your return request, and the product cannot be returned thereafter.

Late Returns:

  • If a customer attempts to return a product after the 14-day period or beyond the 60-day return window, no refund will be issued, and the product will not be sent back under any circumstances.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds at RNJ Performance may take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to be fully processed. We strive to expedite this process as much as possible, but please be aware that it can sometimes take a bit longer due to various factors such as bank processing times and our payment provider.
