Product Warranty Information

At RNJ Performance, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our warranty policy covers issues such as damaged flex pipes, cracked pipes, and products that do not function as intended. Unless otherwise specified, all products come with a 1-year warranty. Please note that RNJ Performance reserves the right to deny or revoke any warranty claim at our discretion.

Header Warranty

Coverage

Protects against cracking, flex pipe damages, and manufacturing defects.

Exclusions

Does not cover rusted flanges or damage resulting from misuse, including warped or damaged pipes. These issues fall under our defective product warranty, which must be claimed within 7 business days of receiving the product.

Requirements

To process a claim, customers must provide images of the damaged or broken part.

Downpipe Warranty

Coverage

Protects against cracking, flex pipe damage, and manufacturing defects in downpipes.

Exclusions

Warranty does not cover damage due to rust, improper installation, or any alterations made to the downpipe. Warped or bent pipes resulting from incorrect installation or misuse are not covered under this warranty but may fall under our defective product warranty if claimed within 7 business days of receipt.

Requirements

To validate a claim, the customer must provide images of the damaged area clearly showing the issue.

Oxygen Sensor Warranty

Coverage

Protects against sensors becoming unusable or damaged due to normal use.

Exclusions

Does not cover damaged wiring due to improper installation by the customer. We guarantee the integrity of the wiring for every sensor, and installation errors are not covered.

Requirements

Customers must provide pictures of the sensor and evidence of a check engine light code related to the sensor issue to validate the warranty claim.

Other Products Warranty

Coverage

Covers any product defects that cause the product to stop working or require a replacement.

Exclusions

Does not cover products used for unintended purposes or damage caused by the customer.

Warranty Claim Process

Return Required

All warranty claims require the customer to return the product to RNJ Performance for inspection.

Inspection and Validation

Upon receiving the product, we will evaluate the issue and determine if the claim is valid.
