Defective Products

Reporting Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. You have 5 business days from the date of delivery to report any issues with a defective or damaged item.

Proof of Defect

We may require photos or other proof of the defect or damage to process your claim. Please be prepared to provide this information when reporting the issue.

Replacement of Defective Products

For defective or damaged products, we will replace the item free of charge. Replacement processing times may vary, but we strive to send the replacement as quickly as possible.

Return Without Replacement

If you prefer not to have the defective product replaced, you may return the item and receive the original order amount as store credit.

Return Shipping Costs

For defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs. The defective product must be sent back to us using the provided return label and in the original box delivered.

Exclusions

Please note that damages caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or any issues that are not covered under our defect policy are excluded from replacement or credit.

Standard Returns Policy

Return Policy and Restocking Fees

We offer a 60-day return policy on all orders unless specified otherwise with “NO RETURNS ALLOWED ON THIS PRODUCT.” Please note that a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply to returns due to a change of mind. Restocking fees may be incurred for the following reasons:

  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Damaged parts
  • Shipping fees (from our location to you and back)
  • Missing original packaging

To maximize your refund amount, please ensure all items, parts, and accessories are returned in their original condition and packaging as received. Restocking fees will be communicated and confirmed with you before issuing a return label.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through our website or email. We will guide you through the process and provide a return label if applicable.

Return Instructions

Upon receiving your return label, please ship the product within 5 business days. If the item is not shipped within this timeframe, even if still within the 60-day return window, it will be scrapped and discarded without a refund or return of the product.

Refund Processing

Refunds may take 3-10 business days to process. Processing times depend on your financial institution, and we cannot influence this speed.

Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong product, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us and for the shipping costs of the new product back to you. We do not take responsibility if you purchase a product that does not fit your vehicle. Please ensure compatibility before ordering.

Return Shipping Costs

For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs from us to the customer and from the customer back to us. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping fees.

Vehicle Compliance Waiver Requirements

If your product requires a Vehicle Compliance Waiver, you must complete and sign the waiver within 3 business days of purchase. Failure to sign the waiver will still result in shipment of your product, but you will not be eligible for a refund. This waiver is specifically for products that alter the catalytic converter and are intended for competition/race use only, not for use on public roads. Please check your local emissions laws for compliance.

Returns That Will Not Be Accepted

Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent back without prior authorization or a return label issued by our customer service team will not be accepted.

Vehicle Compliance Waiver Not Completed

If your product requires a Vehicle Compliance Waiver and you fail to complete and sign the waiver within 3 days of purchase, we will not accept the return. Please ensure all necessary documents are completed promptly.

Altered or Modified Products

Any products that have been altered, modified, or tampered with in any way will not be accepted for return.

Missing Serial Numbers or Labels

Products with missing, damaged, or tampered serial numbers, barcodes, or identifying labels will not be accepted.

Partial Returns

Incomplete returns, such as those missing parts, manuals, or accessories, will not be accepted. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition and packaging.

Condition of Returned Products

Returns will not be accepted if the product shows evidence of heat cycling, major damage, or any foreign residue. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in the same condition as received, with no signs of use or alteration.
