UNITED STATES AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At RNJ Performance, we want to ensure that you have a seamless shopping experience. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process for United States Customers:

Shipping Location:

  • All our products are shipped from our location in Livingston, Montana.

Order Processing:

  • If you place your order before 4 PM EST on a business day, we will make every effort to ship it out the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM EST or on Friday, weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers:

  • We partner with reputable carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your products. Our primary carriers include UPS, USPS, DHL and FedEx.

Shipping Times:

  • At the bottom of the page, you'll find a map displaying estimated shipping times across the United States.
  • The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the shipping carrier, location, and the specific product you've ordered.
  • We will provide you with a tracking number once your order is shipped, so you can monitor its progress.
  • DHL shipments are only picked up on Monday's and Thursday's, we do not have a DHL dropoff near to our location. If you are concerting purchasing from outside of the United States, this may affect you.

Shipping Fees:

  • For Mainland 48 US states we offer free shipping anywhere in the country for orders totaling over $50.
  • For deliveries outside of the mainland United States, there is a flat $70 delivery fee. However, please note that certain products may have more cost-effective shipping options available.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses:

  • If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

Order Status Updates:

  • You will receive email notifications at different stages of your order, from confirmation to shipment and delivery.

Estimated Shipping Times

Yellow = 1-2 Business Day
